Peter specialises in audit, solicitor’s practices, business valuations, business profitability and improvement.

Lee started with the firm in 2001 as an apprentice, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 and becoming a Director in 2016.

Peter specialises in personal and corporate taxation. As well as basic compliance work, Peter is regularly involved in tax planning for clients, with experience in IHT, share schemes, rental property, research and development and pension schemes.

Judi deals with our larger clients regarding reporting and compliance, with niche clients being FCA regulated. She also deals with charities and pension schemes and enjoys helping clients with any problems they may have.

Mark joined the firm in 2017 and is our Business Services Manager. Working alongside the outsourcing team, Mark enjoys helping clients build their business by outsourcing day to day bookkeeping and payroll.

Lynn has 35 years’ experience as a receptionist and is a good communicator. She has built up a fantastic relationship with all our clients and staff, with her passion being to make clients and visitors feel at ease when attending the office.

On a daily basis, Clare gets involved with accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and companies, dealing with company audits and accounting and taxation affairs of those mainly in the medical profession.

On a daily basis, Charlotte gets involved in accounts, mostly assisting with working papers and adjustments.

On a daily basis Alicia gets involved with bookkeeping and VAT Returns for small businesses and partnerships, preparing accounts for businesses and charities, and company audits.

Ryan has a wealth of experience using Xero cloud accounting software and is part of the cloud accountancy team at Horsfield & Smith.

Lisa deals with audits of pension schemes, academies, solicitor’s account audits (SAR), charities and large companies.

Lisa has been with the firm since 2006 and is an Accountant in our Business Services Department.

Tom has recently joined the firm as a Graduate Trainee Accountant, assisting the Directors and Senior Accountants.

Pauline is a Personal Assistant to the Directors – she is the point of contact for client queries and also ensures the smooth running of the office.

On a daily basis, Emma deals with all aspects of personal and company taxation, as well as the preparation and submission of P11Ds and various HMRC queries and compliance.
